Toby White Law

UPDATE: It’s a HUGE RED that Elizabeth Ferszt is posting a review of her own workplace, for which I’m sure she’s new. Never heard of her. Huge turnover at that office. Plus, she’s reviewing many other businesses with one star in her other “reviews,” with several being Motel 6. Weird. There is not much credibility there. I would say Toby White is the Motel 6 of attorneys. In fact, your money would be better spent at Motel 6. I digress, but felt the need to point out this huge red flag, being that Toby White takes money from woman who experienced horrible domestic violence, he says he will help and does nothing. You have got to have no soul to be that kind of predatory attorney. I don’t mince my words or truth about Toby White and his associates. I would say this to his face, but he won’t answer my email because he knows what he did is obscene to a victim of domestic violence, who was extremely harmed by domestic violence, and further harmed by his deceptive legal abuse. If I could give zero starts, I would. Toby White and his associates are fraudulent people. They took advantage of me as a victim of domestic violence, saying they would represent me, making a thousands of pages binder of “evidence,” for which they charged me thousands of dollars and never represented me in court. I had court date, and they kept delaying it. They did not represent my best interests, instead the perpetrator of domestic violence had two attorneys: me and his. Toby also had a falling out with a partner attorney, while I was his “client.” He was all over the place, sent me to get a psychological evaluation to show my stability and counselor’s input on the domestic violence, and he never used it, but I paid for it. Not only is Toby White for perpetrators, he does it because it’s easier to represent perpetrators. So if you are a perpetrator of domestic violence, I would recommend Toby White, as he is not only an unethical lawyer, he is a bad person. And so are his associates who stay, although most of leave his practice, in whatever capacity they are in with his office.

Toby and his team were instrumental in helping us receive the best outcome. Toby White is a very professional and knowledgeable attorney. Gidget James is a such a powerful professional woman and a true rock star attorney. Could not ask for a better team to have on your side to fight for your rights.

There are not enough words that can describe what a great lawyer Toby is. My son was facing MANY years of prison time. And thanks to Toby that did not happen. He quite literally saved my sons life. He recognized there was a problem and that my son needed help that prison would never give him. He fought and fought hard for him. Toby is not the kind of lawyer you have to chase to get ahold of. He always responds whether it's him personally or his staff. Nothing ever goes unanswered. He checks in, he makes sure my son is ok and has never made him feel judged in any way. Toby will go above and beyond for his clients and won't accept anything less. You will not be disappointed with his service. I will forever be grateful to him. Do yourself a favor, don't waste time, just hire this guy.

I was told before going in that they would not require large down payments as they do not work like other law firms when I got there and discussed my case it was twice as high as any other quote and that they would require half of $15,000 to take on my case because they refused to only represent me on the gun case as requested they definitely only want to milk people for every dime they can get
