Todd A. Bergert, Atty. at Law

I work for a large corporation and injured myself at work. Of course my company wanted to fight me on it. Not ever having to have an attorney I searched on-line and found Todd Bergert. I would highly recommend Todd for any worker's compensation issues you might have. The whole process of worker's compensation is overwhelming and Todd was there every step of the way guiding and answering any questions I might have. Todd was able to take on the company I work for and make sure my injury was taken care of.

I know many people think lawyers are "slime balls" and only out to get your money, but Mr. Bergert did not fit this stereotype at all. He was professional and treated me with dignity and respect. He advised me on my rights, talked to me about the possible options I may want to pursue, and really set my mind at ease. I no longer feel like I'm trapped in a world of legal mumbo jumbo and no ground to stand on. The small fee I paid Mr. Bergert for his help was well worth it! My uncle is disabled. Despite his obvious disability he was denied social security disability when he applied for it. Understandably he was very upset. My uncle can be quite a handful so I was a little apprehensive to take him to an attorney because I could just imagine him getting upset and yelling at the attorney when he didn't understand something. I don t know if it was because Attorney Bergert has had so much experience dealing with individuals and the social security process, or if he is just an answer to my uncle's prayers. But, Mr. Bergert was wonderful, not only to me but also to my uncle. He answered all of our questions, and really talked to my uncle, on a level he could understand. Though we are still in the process of appealing the SSD decision, I feel positive about the results we have seen so far.
