We had a HORRIBLE experience. There were multiple disconnects and confusion with respect to expectations and process implementation. Communication was sparse and lacking in clarity. Particular examples include the representative staff not showing up for pre-arranged appointments, including for receipt of payment, and inappropriate, rude, and unprofessional commentary made in reference to the initiating reason for requiring their services.
