Have not hired him yet but he is one of the nicest individuals we have dealt with in the legal system. He was willing to take on a case that only left him with a day to prepare for it and was even willing to work something out with us on payment. To me that speaks volumes about his character. We absolutely would recommend him, and look forward to working with him in the future should the need ever arise.

He took my elderly father's money for a custody battle back in Feb is now August and he's ghosted all his calls. It's sad we have to go on here because he won't answer his calls and fix the issue....

11-16-21. Though we had a couple misunderstandings and considering the emotional impact of the case, I will say that he cares about his clients and wish to thank him for being a gentleman after court closed. I apologize for my misjudged review.

Never will use again

Mr. Toler always returns calls in a timely manor & is very polite and respectful. My daughter had him as her attorney and I had to phone him a few times. WOULD recommend!
