John Coaty and his team supported me in a dispute with a builder. John was responsive, informative and straight to the point which I very much appreciated. Will highly recommend them for any legal support and will certainly use them again if needed.

Worst experience ever! I spoke with John Coaty regarding HOA law and he had no experience with this type of law even though his firm advertises they do. I had to quote him all the laws and finally asked for his opinion and he had nothing to say except "this is going to be really expensive". He had no clue about the HOA reform laws in CO that happened in 2017 and 2018 and wanted me to explain everything to him. Hello, I need your expertise John, I am not here to educate you. Stay away from this firm, they are a bunch of idiots looking to fleece the public.

HORRIBLE experience - young guy HAD NO idea what he was doing. Asked him to start with a letter (which he quoted about $300 for then ended up costing $550.. ) ended with ... the guy not knowing what county we could pursue our party in .. not sure what we could do.. more emails with ....wait - I changed my mind.. recommending another attorney 3 hours away .. NOW HE WANTS TO BILL ME FOR ALL THAT HE DID NOT KNOW..!!! ... WASTED TIME AND MONEY

BAD EXPERIENCE! was quoted ballpark of 1000-1200 for the work I needed done. After the work was finished I kept getting more bills saying I owed more and more. Finally to the tune of almost $2000.00 I confronted them about it and they soooo graciously dropped it to $1600. Will never do business with again nor will I ever recommend to anyone.
