Melia is absolutely amazing!
I called to have a property transferred to a llc I own. I didn’t want the property in my personal name to provide extra protection for myself. They not only told me to put the property in my name but they told me that it would be to “hard” for them to transfer it to a llc and that they could only transfer it to me personally. I’m a 24 year old kid and I am giving myself better legal advisor than this firm. If you like winning then this is not the lawyer for you.
