I spoke with the Saint Louis city and South County locations about two tickets I received regarding being in an accident and not having insurance at the time of the accident. The staff worked with me regarding their fee and explained to me exactly what I needed to do on my end to get the tickets resolved. The people here always make it so easy to take care of all the tickets I've brought them. It's a very simple short little process you go through and usually fairly small amount of money that it will cost you. I can't speak for everyone but my usual results are no points, very small fine or just court costs and you don't ever have to go to court. As long as you have a little money the legal process is a breeze. That's true on any level but with any kind of ticket these guys will work it out for you. If I get another one in the future this will no doubt be the place I will use.

They wanted copies of my insurance and registration by noon, otherwise they were going to charge me over $100 extra. I had to use an unreliable second vehicle so I can put the other car in the shop... I couldn't drive to go get these documents asap, but the person on the phone was totally unsympathetic and wouldn't allow me to speak to the attorney. I called another TLC and no issue whatsoever, no extra charge for giving me till the end of the day, but that wasn't necessary according to them, and they even charged less overall (the south county TLC). Don't use these guys, use the guys in South County.
