I primarily worked with attorney Abe Ames for a probate case that lasted for more than 2 years. Although the estate was a huge undertaking that came with many unique challenges, Abe and his team were always invaluable resources that helped guide me along the way to great success. Abe was a pleasure to work with every step of the way and his knowledge, communication, and professionalism were truly appreciated.
I worked with Makenna Chambers to help me get an understanding of what to expect regarding my father's Trust after his recent passing, since this process is entirely new to me. She was extremely helpful in explaining the legal process, and more importantly, she was very compassionate and understanding during this difficult time. I strongly recommend using Tresp Law!
Be careful with this Law firm. They are not upfront and will screw you out your money! They are not honest or trustworthy. Stay away Go with someone who is upfront and transparent! Buyer aware!
I retained Ms. Tresp as a replacement for existing attorneys due to some complications with them. I can only say that I wish I had found her earlier!! The matter involved my Aunt's Trust and a feud between two beneficiaries as to which would receive disbursements. Being unable to get the prior attorney to "move" it along, among other concerns, Ms. Tresp was a fantastic relief. Her fees are very, very reasonable and appropriate, and to tell the truth, I was happy to pay them because she immediately did what was necessary. My hat is off to her and her entire firm - kudos!
I was dealing with a matter that seemed destined to be long and litigious, so I was referred to Elizabeth Tresp for her experience with such matters. Ironically, she was able to resolve everything swiftly and favorably without having to go to court. What an unexpected relief. I have never met an attorney quite like Elizabeth. I am certainly glad I finally did!
