I would like to express my appreciation to Whipple, Mercado & Associates LLP. I knew I was going with them as soon as I hung up after our consultation. The whole thing was so scary just because I don't know anything about family law and the whole process can be completely overwhelming and intimidating. Every time I spoke with Tammy or Mary it was reassuring. All interactions with them and the paralegals were encouraging. The court process was the best. That was so scary and Mary totally nailed it. She said all the right things at all the right times. I'm incredibly grateful and highly recommend Whipple, Mercado & Associates LLP. I'm. Because of their hard work, my brother has a shot at happiness and might have saved his life.

If you need an attorney I would recommend that you contact Tammy Mercado! She is great! She was able to fend off my ex who was trying to paint me in a bad light with the judge for custody and visitation. She was able to successfully contradict her false allegations and get me 50/50 custody despite my ex's false statements to the court. Tammy is reasonably priced and cares about her clients! I felt well listened to and taken care of! Don't be fooled by high priced hired guns who will just take your money and not provide results. I am extremely happy. Thank you Tammy!

I hired Mary Whipple after I heard of a very positive review from someone she represented during his divorce. So, I hired her for mine a few years ago in 2017. I found that appointments were to the point yet didn't lack the kindness one needs when their world is being turned upsidedown. It's easy to ramble on and on when you're hurting and stressed, but we kept focus during appointments (I needed the focus, not Mary ????). Emails were responded to professionally and promptly, and she helped me get things agreed upon with my husband because we, like many others during a divorce process, struggled to communicate efficiently and effectively. Now, I will say that my husband and I ended up reconciling (yay!), so that changed things as far as court appearances with her, but I'm certain that she's well-prepared for court. Mary was encouraging after I shared the news of our reconciliation and when we released our attorneys, she was still very professional. Even my husband's attorney said that Mary "knew her stuff". I think that was good for the other side to speak well of her. She's seasoned, fair, compassionate and kind. Though we didn't follow through with our divorce, Mary Whipple and her staff were very helpful and just what I needed at the time. I would definitely recommend this firm and actually have recently! Divorce can be really hard, and it meant a lot knowing I had good representation. It lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders.
