I turned myself in on simple probation violation. It was a misunderstanding anyone could have argued but my attorney never spoke up once to the judge. I should have represented myself! Ended up doing 15 months in prison. Save your money and get a public defender.

I have never been treated so poorly by a group of "professionals". My lawyer Jennifer Friend Linsley is AMAZING! Once she put her 30 day notice to Trilogy that she was moving to another firm, they terminated her the very next morning, locking her out of every one of her clients case files. I was then treated with haste by the staff at Trilogy and pressured to use one of their other attorneys who knew nothing about my case, just a few weeks away from trial. They then would not send my own case files to me, their client! I paid them a $2500 retainer in the beginning, paid my invoices EVERY single month. They charged me a bunch of ridiculous charges and deducted them from my retainer without even contacting me and said they would send the remaining to Jennifer at her new firm. I'm sure they're going to respond to this review with their version, but I have all the communications and proof of what children work at this law firm. I hope everyone affected by this ridiculous flex of power writes a review. I wish everyone at Trilogy the best of luck... you will need it!

If you are calling Trilogy Law Group PLLC there is a non zero chance you are going through a tough time in your life such was the case with myself. However, Erik O'Daniel represented me and helped me above and beyond my wildest expectations and continued to help me through the entire process when I had questions or if I was frustrated and needed to vent, he was also excellent in breaking down the legal jargon and talk straight to the facts and was excellent in court. Every one of their staff that I have interacted with is excellent at serving their clients. A personal shout out to their office manager, Julie Allyn, who was organized, great at communication, and even reminded me on an occasion that I had missed turning paperwork in before it was due and I was able to avoid a lot of stress because of that. I hope you never have the need to hire criminal defense lawyers for dumb mistakes you may have made but if you do have the need, Trilogy Law Group is who I would recommend.

Todd Amic is not a push over. He knows the law and puts his heart into your case. We are still in the process of our case. Which we have struggled with our judge being biased. Todd said he has had that judge before and thought the judge was fair until we had court. Then he said there might be something more to it. He is our third attorney with this judge and they also said the same. Unfortunately the other attorneys were not as well spoken and seemed to get bullied by the judge. We will definitely use Todd again even if we don’t know the outcome of yesterday’s proceedings as he is intelligent and knows the law.

Absolute clowns for lawyers and crooks on top. After informing them my ex wife was willing to give me everything and walk away in this divorce essentially, I was told by my lawyer it didn't work that way. Ive found out now it can. I immediately became skeptical of unfair billing practices as I could see they would drag this out unneccesarily. After telling them I no longer wished to use their legal services, I was billed an outrageous amount for literally a handful of emails back and forth and my initial consultstion. After disputing this first amount returned to me, I claimed I would rip up the original check and demanded a larger refund. Instead, these people billed me another 30$ on top to terminate the first check. Again, absolute crooks. I would highly advise finding a different legal team.
