Trimble & Jewell

Mr. Eckert never has the right information for his cases. He has single handedly picked any and everything with me and my wifes names! He has harrassed us to no end and does not follow the Fair Debt Act/Statutes!

I deal with them on a regular basis as one of their attorneys represents our company (I work for a pretty large property management company, they do our evictions). They are pretty laid back and down to earth. Easy to deal with. They are also a lot more inviting than most other attorneys that I have dealt with.

I have had nothing but bad experiences from this law firm. The employees who answered the phone literally put me on speakerphone to openly discuss my (very private) situation with multiple of their employees. This was exhausting and humiliating. When I asked if I could reach out to a superior or a member of management regarding my very unique issue, they refused, saying they cannot give out management information without permission first. This was several weeks ago, and now that my employer is telling me to get my information from Trimble and Jewell about my case, Trimble and Jewel will not provide it to me. What a joke. I don't think I can ever get my problem solved if Trimble and Jewell has any part in it.

Keep things professional but like.. Always has good things to say about others and cares about the people he knows. Have thave dealt with this company and this gentleman for many years with great satisfaction. Seems like the only people that have bad things to say are the ones they are trying to collect from that skipped out on their debts. I have and would recommend them for their services. Very very rude. I received a letter, called them, the man who answered was extremely rude and almost acted like he wanted to start a fight. When I told them I wasn’t the bad guy he got worse. Very very unprofessional. I have recorded the call and will be reporting them to the Indiana bar association.
