Cannot get through on their lan line for 2 days. No website, No email. Makes me nervous. Would like to get my questions answered by Attorney Thomas P Nash, IV.

Could not have found a better group of folks to work with. Extremely friendly and professional, Mr Tom Nash and his staff took on our challenging closing and made it to the finish line on time. They were responsive and clearly communicated every step of the way. When many others wouldn't even consider taking us on because of the short timeline and time of year, Mr Nash didn't hesitate and stayed true to his word. We couldnt be happier and love our new home!

Very unprofessional! Was sent an email from a Carla Porter stating to give her my information for a title search. Never heard anything back for 3 weeks. Realtor called and asked the progress after 3 weeks and was told it was being recorded that Friday. Called back the following week and was told they didn’t handle Virginia! A whole month wasted with no communication!!

Very professional and personal.answered all our questions.
