Trott Law is a very professional and showed compassion for the property owner. They do not have the greatest job, it’s never easy taking someone’s home from them. Trott works on behalf of the lenders, while trying the make the process less painful for the borrowers. I suggest if you have a problem with the foreclosure process, call your senator and representatives and ask them to change the law, Trott is only executing the law.

Does everyone know that the owner of this law firm is a representative for the State of Michigan? Rep Trott. How does an owner of a scumbag company become a representative of Michigan? This is why this country is burning. Pieces of **** are running things at the highest levels. You are an attorney with a great education and you choose to use your skills to open a debt collecting firm? Gross decision. Bank of America basically lied, misled, and we tried to negotiate terms. Instead, Trott Law Firm comes to our home, harasses, then their attorneys do not answer emails pertaining to the case. In our case, the money was no problem. But for others who don't have the means, I can't imagine how stressful and hurtful this process is in dealing with such a disgusting, scummy company. Strong arming regular citizens to pay questionable debts and representing scumbag banks. How do you employees live with yourselves? How do you sleep at night? No morals and worshipping evil ways. This company and its attorneys are a disgusting display of humanity.

Scammers! DO NOT TRUST! They literally lied and said my mothers house was in foreclosure and wasn’t at all was up to date on everything they have people go to the extent of actually delivering fake notices on people doors in Detroit this is sick business BEWARE!

My father passed away in May. We have told lawyers repeatedly this and after 4 months of telling the mortgage company to foreclose and auction off the home since we couldnt sell it, I have been getting several letters from this company harassing a dead man over a foreclosure on his home. He was a US veteran and honestly if I had wanted to move myself and my husband away from the rest of the family we have I would have moved into his home but I couldnt do that. Instead I have called this firm and returned letters stating that he is deceased and to quit calling my number about this case as I am not even the executor of his will nor his estate. At least the other lawyers I have dealt with since his passing were nice and compassionate and said they would close any case he was involved in or take his name off of them as he was deceased.

Very disrespectful and rude when I was asking questions pertaining to the foreclosure of my Mom's home. She passed away on Jan 8, 2022, and her home was Sheriff Saled, Jan 21,2022. I had power of attorney and executor for her will. But when she passed away NO ONE would talk til I refiled for POA after death. Once I received the New POA they wouldn't answer my questions, just said OH WELL. Seriously? They said "get the money or get out. It's that simple". Hard enough having to go thru this, but the disrespect and rudeness is an unwanted and unnecessary addiction to the pain.
