Every time I have walked in for taxes the ladies at the reception desk have attitude towards me and seem very rude and only want to talk to each other. When they answer the phone it’s nothing more than “law office”- no pleasant greeting or anything like that. Customer service draws customers, so that needs to be fixed. Their prices (at least for mine and my fiancé’s experiences) are ridiculously high. His total after tax prep was $150 and mine was $95 in case anyone was wondering. The year before, we paid $50 each, and our income did not change- only our location. On top of that they do NOT accept payment over the phone, or any kind of cost splitting, so if you are unable to pay your bill in full cash IN PERSON, do not come here. We will be filing our taxes with another company next year. Not sure about all the other reviews saying they’re great, but we personally will not be returning any time soon. Seems like this place does nothing but bare minimum when it comes to helping their customers out here and there. I saw another reviewer say that Baurley Law Office backed out of their divorce case which is a pretty big issue in its own and should DEFINITELY be taken into great consideration Hope this helps, have a great day!

Great service. They go above and beyond!

Hired them to handle my divorce. Did ok for the most part, but a week before I was due in court, they decided to withdraw, leaving me scrambling only days before court. Not very professional in my opinion.
