I had 2 short conversations w Bob Brouch about potentially working together, he asked me to send documentation about my case via email, & then he stopped responding. I would’ve appreciated a call/email if he felt the case wasn’t a good fit.

They broke our door trying to serve a false collection with incorrect information and complete lies. They also placed an illegal lien on our bank account with no court or judgement!!! Completely illegal and I have reported them to the FDCPA. Garbage people. Extremely rude and hostile.

I i could give them -10 I would, rude unprofessional staff always talking over you . Very very very poor customer service..

My experience with that law office has been outstanding. If you fall behind on payments, the people are eager to work with you, until you get back on your feet!!

I have to agree with the rest of the reviews. Steve dragged his feet on my cases. Finally stopped communicating. Waste of time.
