I had a fall at my employer during the winter storm, February 11, 2021. They had never encountered a work-related injury. I was the first unfortunately. My mother had him as an attorney for her work injury and the experience was terrible for the two years he “worked” for us. Beware, he will not answer your calls for days and when he does, he doesn’t even remember what he was doing for your case.
