Had to look into hiring legal services for an unfortunate situation. Each person I've encountered has taken the time out to listen to my needs. Prices are reasonable and affordable. I have been in touch with Tina and Tyler who have kept me in the loop about the status of everything. I have only had to meet them once while everything was handled via email and phone calls which made it even more convenient. Would recommend. Never let this firm and especially attorney Laura B. Alexander represent you. If I could give 0 stars I would, 0/10 would not recommend. Her representation is weak and this firm treats their minority clients less than acceptable. Laura B. Alexander is not a fair attorney and can’t even hold a decent conversation with clients. She feels intimidated by people of color especially African Americans and has a poor communication and a poor sense of judgment. DO NOT hire this firm.

I'd have to say, my choice of Mr. Monahan to represent me in my divorce case was both a stroke of luck and an act of faith that intersected. The staff listened, took notes, and clearly laid out options, time frames, and attendant expenses. All of which occurred, just as stated. No surprises; no disappointments. As each phase of the divorce process progressed, Tyler Monahan demonstrated nothing but confidence and the continuing assertion of the original stated objective, to have me come out of the divorce fairly and reasonably. Mr. Monahan responded to each call and each email with clear answers and reassuring confidence. I trusted in the process and the man; and now, looking back on the experience, my pain through it all, is completely subordinate to my relief and the hope I now focus upon, knowing he did what he said he would do, and was right about how it would affect me, and how I would get through it. I learned that Mr. Monahan always comes prepared for anything. And he always had my case details up to date, and in his memory. He clearly commanded a focus and mental acuity to recall an amazing amount of detail and to craft a win/win path through a complicated negotiation process, many hours in the making. If you're considering having Turner-Monahan represent you, you're in good hands in my judgement. I got great representation, well explained expectations, an experienced staff for support, a super-fair price, no surprises, a successful outcome, and ultimately, I would hire him again.

ALERT: RUN Absolutely the WORST law firm I've ever encountered. Run DO NOT HIRE TYLER HIS A LIER I hired Mr. Tyler R. Monahan TO file for my divorce I paid him as he asked total of around $10,000 my mediation was 11/14/2022. ADVICE GO TO COURT. I’ve lost confidence in my lawyer he have Giving me wrong information leading me to make Wong design decisions under presser suffered resulted in a financial loss. his behavior caused me damages. I found out those information after I signed the agreement that he presented me with wronging informations / he was not defending my benefit . - He leads me to believe that I have no right to claim my share of my husband 401 k during 14 of the marriage. it should be community and it should being divided . - He lead me to believe that all my benefit as community is my home this is wrong my husband has a business and all business grows during our marriage should be community and should be divided . He leaded me to believe that my separate property is community and deduct $100,000 out of my community share WORTH LAWYER I HAVE MADE ME Unfortunately google wont let me leave zero stars. This firm has no care in the world for their clients. They tell you exactly what you want to hear, then as soon as they have received your payment, they dissappear and completely ignore you. Hiring this firm is equivalent to throwing thousands of dollars in a paper shredder. The damages this firm has caused are irreparable. RUN before you become a victim of their scam.

I don’t even know where to begin I hired Mr. Monahan after my first highly recommended attorney failed me and quit responding to emails because my case was difficult. Tyler and his team are beyond outstanding he goes in to court prepared and is very attentive to details of decrees and wording. He is a very respectable attorney and it shows when he is in front of the judge having someone who has a name that others respect and are responsive to seriously helps especially in family court. You go in a hearing for one thing and it can quickly change Tyler was always prepared. I highly recommend his firm to anyone. He will always be completely honest to you even if it isn’t what you want to hear . Thank you for all your hard work!
