Farhang charged me 50k to pick up a case he admitted he was not an expert in the type of law. He was paid on time in full, and he missed every court required time line date! He was grossly negligent in keeping up with the case and has left me in great legal jeopardy. He had two different lawyers quit on him during my case for which I was repeatedly charged to get the new lawyer up to speed. 1000'S for his inability to keep employees was charged to me. He spent 2 years with the case and always asked me to settle instead of move it forward through the basic steps and I am the plaintiff. He never took one deposition or met one court required date. When I finally let him go for his negligence I was sent all the emails between the defendant/counter plaintiff and his poorly trained underling newbie lawyer, and in them the defendant not only admits knowledge of wrong doing by her codefendant, the Viva Coffee Zip Tie Guy, but says she "could have helped your clients case" and instead is 'counter suing as self represented to run up his bill and force a settlement!" She is Justine Wadsack who is known for having over 10 frivolous law suits in Pima County. The Daily Star actually wrote a story about her frivolous self representation last month. She self represented and Ali legal argument against her fake counter failed to even address all of it. He literally lost to a high school self represented person on getting her ridiculous counter dismissed and that alone cost 20k for no results. Before letting him go I was informed he missed all court ordered dates for disclosure and interrogatories and I was having to tell his staff what to do. Her self incriminating email not only was never disclosed to me or acted on with the court but when I called Ali out on it after discovering the email and told him what I was now having to do with the judge on my own, I asked him why it was not acted on and his reply was " that is the way I would play it"! Then why was it not 'played' that way six months ago when i was paying him 50k of my hard earned money? I am a disabled former HS classmate of Farhang in a wheelchair that trusted his "image" to be both competent and honest. He is neither. His firm was described as a 'file mill' by a malpractice lawyer in Tucson. I personally experienced this and in subsequent emails where he chose to personally insult me like we were still in HS , rather than own up to his negligence, I was shocked at his out right unprofessional behavior. He is getting a Bar Complaint and a lawsuit if he refuses to refund what he has grossly over charged. Stay far far away from this firm. Its a personal playground for Ali to play football guy on the radio rather than actually practice law. Any Law Firm that has to advertise and have open houses is not about client representation, its about generating traffic and money. 50k of my life savings, in a wheelchair and unable to continue earning, and Farhang took all my money and failed to meet any required dates and lied to me about crucial self incriminating statements.

I work with Neal Eckel in my capacity as Executive Director of the Arizona Construction Trades Association a contractor advocacy group. Neal is a board member and knowledgable legal advisor the Association. He is regularly available to provide legal council regarding issues confronting our members. He provides valuable oversight to the board and faithfully attends each monthly dinner meeting offering legal issue updates to our members. Neal offers an open door providing answers to individual ACT member questions regarding business issues and as I visit our members asking what ACT benefits they enjoy, I consistently hear them say the legal assistance Neal provides. Neal is a consumate professional and ACT benefits from his committment. His more than two decades membership with ACT is highly appreciated by all.
