Excellent mediation services with friendly, expert personnel in a top-notch facility.
Our mediator was Richard Reinhart, and I can't say enough positive things about him. He was a true delight, extremely knowledgeable about the legal and factual challenges we faced in the case, and he managed to help several parties reach agreement on a complex medical malpractice lawsuit -- which we settled in part that day. I am not sure any other mediator could have made that happen. We were stuck all day, until he thought of a creative solution that worked for almost everyone (there was one defendant who didn't settle).
