My husband has had the sour luck of having Carlos Uresti and his son represent him in a already unjustified case... Although we had nothing but the highest hopes in their help with this case, we were sadly mistaken for putting our faith and money into this law firm. Not only did he lose a case TWICE that was, in lack of another way to say it, a piece of cake, his law firm allowed my husband and I to put a $250 deposit to appeal the case. So we did, with the understanding that we would appeal this case. Literally, 3 minutes later, the secretary at his office had pulled my husband behind closed doors and informed him, AFTER THEY TOOK OUR LAST $250.00, that they would not be able to appeal his case. When asked about a refund, she said that is not possible. I don't believe this law firm has the best interest for their customers or their cases. If this isn't a snake in the grass, I don't know what is. Please learn from our mistake, and don't take a bite of this apple, it may not be as sweet as you'd think.
