I obtained Ms. Hicks services 3 days prior to my court date for allegedly going 87 in a 70 zone in VA. Due to an emergency, I could not appear. She responded to my inquiry the same day. She was very knowledgeable and confident; and any worries I had she definitely assuaged. She answered all of my questions and gave me the possible outcomes so that I knew what to expect. In the end she was able to have my case dismissed entirely, and that is definitely well worth the fee. Although I hope I never have to go through another experience like this again, Ms. Hicks definitely made it pleasant and less stressful. Thank you so much!!

due to good reviews i contacted doug mcgee. he called me that same day! he explained everything so i understood the process and we made a time to talk later that week. the week and weekend goes by, i reached out on monday. talked on the phone again briefly, yet again busy (understandable) after that, no responses, no texts, calls for another week. completely disappeared. didn’t even give me a chance to put a retainer down and hire him as my lawyer. at this point my court date was coming up so i instantly found someone new who spoke to me that day where i put my retainer down and he got to work on my case. not sure what was different with me but he obviously wasn’t interested in helping me out. i would’ve atleast appreciated a message he was too busy so i could’ve found someone else sooner. so if he doesn’t reply “promptly” like everyone else states, MOVE ON
