Called to request a consultation regarding a time-sensitive matter. I left a message and was told that I would be contacted within 48 hours. 3 days later with no call, I called back and spoke again with the receptionist who assured me that I had not been forgotten about. It's now been over a month later and I have never heard back from them. A courtesy call to inform me that my consultation request was declined would have been appreciated. Overall, I'm very disappointed. Valuable time was wasted in trusting that I was actually going to hear back from someone. I wouldn't have had an issue with this if they had just been up-front with me.
