Clean organized get a cheap attorney. They can apparently lie in court outchea

We needed some copies for a case and it took us 2 days to speak with a clerk. Once we were inside in the clerk's room everyone was so rude and lost the folder? How do they do that?. I'm so disappointed of their attitude! and the worst part is that "we" as tax payers pay for their positions. And don't get me starting in the security staff. They are the worst 7 people guarding the door? For what they are just sitting in a chair doing nothing! Again tax payers money!!! Something got to change...pure bureaucracy.

Really bad customer service from the department I needed to contact... The court website gives hardly any information on how the court is operating with regards to covid. I called to confirm what little information I could find. One quick question. Took two days and 4 or 5 calls to get it answered. First issue: the hold system hangs up after 10-15 minutes. And when it was "my turn" in line, no one picked up. Second issue: the first two people I talked to cut me off while I was asking my question and put me on hold. I had to call back and was very lucky to get a nice person who quickly and easily told me the information I needed. Three stars just because of her but everything else about this experience was not okay.

The clerks there are very rude. They cut you off while you're speaking. They transfer you to departments that never pick up the phone. They're not helpful as far as answering questions or explaining certain processes and they make you feel inferior when you can't explain or don't understand something that pertains to their system. I've been to less pleasant places with nicer people.

I called 4 times today and each time it said their to busy and to call back later. But its been like this for hours
