I called Nick when we got a Notice of Default and he was very helpful in giving direction. We then went to see him and he spent over an hour with us, outlining our options of what to do next. He said to call him with any questions we had, whether we decided to use him or not, and I did email him with questions a few days later. He was again quite helpful.
