After a couple of years of working with this company who you have to call several times and they lack call backs, they said that the paperwork from the Dr. proved that there was an injury, they decided to do the least possible to settle our case with the lowest offer possible. We set up an agreement verbally with this company. Apart of that agreement which was verbal they said they would make sure all medical bills were covered. We said we are not settling unless they pay all of them. We settled for about 6000.00 and of course their cut plus medical bills paid in full. They decided to exclude their verbal agreement and not pay our most expensive medical bill, but don’t worry they slid it into the contract, so it would go unnoticed. When you call them out on it. They make sure to mail you a highlighted bill stating that you have to pay the bill. Where was that during the signing? Companies destroy your livelihood and the lawyers do don’t do what they are paid to do.

Great people to have your auto accident case represented. They have a presence in the community! As soon as State Farm insurance company found out I was being represented by V-LAW they stopped the harassment and paid for the damages to my Van, IMMEDIATELY!!! I took me 3 months to monkey around with State Farm personally (Deny, Deny, Deny) but, as soon as I hired V-LAW they sent out a check for the damages immediately and more then I expected!! As for the medical side of the claim I realize these things take time especially since you are taking additional treatment for your injuries. As long as you have your own insurance then don't worry V-LAW will get it all settled correctly.
