The VanNess team steered me through what was, to me, a thorny estate resolution. Denise VanNess showed a thorough grasp of the situation every time we spoke. The clarity of her information facilitated whatever decision had to be made. Betty Anne Grillo, her assistant and paralegal, was outstanding. She communicated the details of the process step-by-step. She was always responsive, empathetic, and unfailingly professional. Betty Anne’s approach and Denise’s guidance went a long way towards making the experience more pleasant.

Montyce did all my estate paperwork and guided me to making out a legal will. I am so unfamiliar with anything to do with legal and estate paperwork, but the entire staff was friendly and helpful and made the whole process so easy!

Just spoke to one of the Van Ness members regarding my deceased father's Estate. Within our approximately 3 minute conversation, he managed to spit out, Mayuuumm, Hooww oolldd arrre youuuu? I answered 10 and he hung up. Good Riddance!@! He also, mentioned that he was aware that the Estate was not a trailer. (Because why?? He can't be bothered with the "little people.") Also, Mr. Van Ness, "Mayummm, Do youuuu waaant an Attorney or not???" **Incredibly rude, impatient and condescending!

Mr. VanNess spoke to me with extreme condescension. It was almost as if he was irritated that he was even having the conversation. I almost just hung up on him but my manners surpass his.

If I could give VanNess & VanNess more than five stars, I would gladly give them a galaxy of stars. Both individually and as a team of legal advisers the wonderful team at VanNess & VanNess displayed the highest in integrity, the utmost in professionalism along with an empathy for me as a person who truly needed their help. I appreciate the entire VanNess & VanNess team more than I can express in this venue. I am, truly, grateful to them. The bottom line is this: VanNess & VanNess solved my every legal concern. My great thanks to them always.
