Bait and Switch. I hired Kay Van Pelt for a family law case and she quoted me a price. I paid my retainer and it cost nearly double the price she told me. Don't waste your time or money. Yes, her prices sound low compared to other lawyers... but in the end you will end up paying the same or more for your services, but at least you know you will be working with an honest lawyer, not a manipulative cheat.
