Vard R. Johnson

Vard is an excellent and very experienced attorney. We worked together on my immigration case. It's a complicated case since my I-140 was denied. While other attorneys recommend me go through the appeal or starting from scratch. In either way, it will be years of waiting for the response from appeal or delaying my priority date for another 2 or 3 years. He recommended we went to the court and it went really well. Just in a month, my I-140 was approved. It's like a miracle to me. I highly recommend Vard without any reservation.

All I have to say is that he got my dad out from an airplane in Louisiana. I will never forget when my dad called my sister and me to tell us that he was requested to be back on the court and that they stop his deportation, with only 1% chance to have my dad's case reopen and win the case, he was able to stop my dad's deportation. Even the Judge recognized the knowledge and experience of Mr. Johnson. My family will always thank Mr. Johnson.
