Jimmy Segura did a great job representing us for my daughter's injury. We had a relatively small but fairly straightforward case where we were extremely frustrated with the insurance company because we just couldn't get them to respond in any sort of timely manner. Mr segura is the best lawyer around. He has fought my case for a car wreak I was in back in 2019. He has fought and fought and never gave up. He settled my case finally this month in my favor. Ive dealt with this firm for 1yr 2 months. Felt this law firm was not helpful to me. Never met the lawyer, was told by his paralegal that he would call me he never did to explain what we were goin to do. Come to find out the guy who hit me in his 18 wheeler was not covered and they didnt do any investigation on his company they just decided to make it easy and just sue my insurance company. Wasn't given any options on what i wanted. I guess the color of my skin made them assume i wanted to go through with it. Being this was my lawsuit the lawyer and his chiropractor basically got more then i did. I was very disappointed in this lawyer. Hopefully nothing like this happens to me again but,i will never use them again i will never send anyone to them. Which this might not make a difference but they are awful. I guess i didnt have the right complexion for them to really help.
