They where sworn in, her X took the stand, was immediately at a disadvantage, due to failure to pay 1,100 dollars for Nov., Dec, & Jan. The Judge was so great and knew her way in Legal matters. She ask Julie’s X why he had failed to pay. Jumping forward, Julie and I witnessed him being handcuffed and hauled to jail. He bailed out paying a fine, of $150.00 + $3,300. Now he’s late again the next step is lost of license and jail time. Had not the Awesome Judge, who supported the Child Support findings, she would have lost. Beware!!!! Hired Larry Vaughan in April of this year to simply have my step-sons child support that my wife was paying to her ex-husband reduced since my step-son turned 18 years of age as of February and graduated high school in May. After one worthless court date in which we never got to see the judge and over 6 months of no progress, we ended up firing him. Although he feels he deserves $3100.00 in payments. We would have to pay him more than we were saving in child support reductions over a year and a half period. When we finally took it upon ourselves, the court clerk and judge were appalled by the fact the process of simply getting child support reduced for a child whos benefit ran out in May was still in progress. It's now November and finally, with absolutely no help or paperwork via this "lawyer", the end is in sight.

Be ware!!!! My wife used Larry Vaughan for her child support and to finalize her bitter lengthy divorce. He nickel and dime'd her for every phone call and email. Every time we got paid up another bill would come in accounting for even one line emails!! He was next to impossible to get ahold of. Don't count on him to communicate with you on anything other then the money you owe him. Then he would frequently even forget what was going on with her case and she would have to remind him. He billed her for everything humanly possible and put forth minimal effort. You would be better off representing yourself.
