I would highly recommend you try a different immigration lawyer. They've got my labor certification to be denied. I've got a Intent of Denial Notice from the USCIS and was put under the impression by Lisa Ventresca that the this was not a serious issue that that there would be a back and forth. Silly me! I've got my LC denied which caused several major problems and of course I already paid but that was the least of my problems. I've learned to not try to save a few dollars for such services. If you take them to take your case make sure you are on top of everything and at that point you may just do it yourself. Two friends of mine also used Ventresca & Ventresca both of which had major problems with delays and incompetence. P.S. Ventresca & Ventresca has also been removed from my employers recommendation list and not because of me.
