Went to collect a NSF check at main office. Surprise to me they only collect hot checks, but county treasure pay you. The thing is after the county tax collector insident things about money changed. Now any payments owed the public it has to go thur treasure , get a PO, send to get approval by commissioners court, than send back to treasure and he cuts check. It takes up to two months after they collect your money to get paid.

I recently was promised a service and he was very quick to collect down payment. Once that was given he never provided any service. Instead, he gave me the run around, withdrew from case and charged me for services that were never filed by the court. If you want to be scammed, he's ur man.
