Stay away from this lawyer at all costs. They do not return phone calls in a timely matter, if at all. They will have an excuse after excuse as to why no progress has been made. They will wait 3-4 months (in our case) and then tell you they can't take the case. Victor Martin and his secretary failed us miserably. I urge you to stay away from this firm at all costs. I am not kidding. Look at the pic I included. The document on the left dated 8-28-21 shows the date we obtained the police report and requested Victor Martin's services and the document on the right dated 01-14-22 shows Mr. Martin's letter to us indicating he could not help while stringing us along for those few months stating he "would get back to us" over and over again while we were under the impression progress was being made. These few months were critical due to Michigan laws that will only allow an individual to have a lawsuit before time-constraints. We contacted another lawyer after the fact but were told the 90 or 120 day period (I forget) to place the lawsuit (I don't remember the technical term the lawyer used) caused us to miss the deadline.

Martin victor is a sad little man and a poor excuse for a lawyer. He never was my attorney, however I parked in the "shared" lot. Which his office is at, he wrote me a letter and put it under my windshield wipers. Which stated that the parking was for "tenants" of his address only. ALL IN CAP LOCK WRITING. It's a place of buisness and doesn't have a tow at your own risk sign, which means I have a right to park there.

Victor Marin is a very unprofessional lawyer. I met with him 3 weeks ago to start a trust. He was going to check my insurance coverage and get back to me. He did not. I called him 4 times and spoke to his secretary, and every time he told me that he would call me back, but he never did. Today I received a letter from him saying that he cannot take my case with no explanation. Very mean and rude attitude and very unprofessional.

I bought my first home a few years ago and realized that after winter, when the ground thawed, I was getting water in my basement. The sellers did not mention this to me and after many professionals came out to inspect, they came to the conclusion that this has been happening for many years. I hired Victor to help go after the cost of fixing this issue and he did not disappoint. He was fast, responsive, and within a month we had a settlement of around 8k which covered the costs of fixing my issues. I would definitely recommended Victor to anyone looking for a good lawyer.

He is the best attorney around. very fair prices. very experienced. Those bad reviews must be from people who lost to him in court. You will love him if he is your attorney.
