VISIONS AND PATHWAYS

My son had to go to this place for a short period of time and I didn't like it at all. I was not clean some of the staff was not friendly but some were where they made you felt comfortable coming there to visit. The director of the Brahma house was not helpful at all. She made things harder for me and my son. It's like they are not use to family coming to visit there child. Instead of this being a warm caring type of environment it was more of a nightmare.

Group home for Young Adults. I love how they are exposing the Youth to the real world and getting them prepared to be independent. Thanks for all you are doing, for those often thrown away or forgotten about.

I wish their was negative stars. The amount of emotional abuse I endured here has scared me for life. When living at here reporting faculty problems was just ment to back fire on your self. For example once I sat with a high school counselor are calling Miss Carlotta reporting the fact that I had not been fed for 3 weeks and had to find on my own means .Miss Carlotta told me it was not her fault for the fact she had no known about it. At this point I went "AWOL" to simply survive. After going AWOL I was alarmed for trying to move personal i teams out. The system is extremely dysfunctional

They don't care about anyone staff act more as the residents, if they don't like you they will discharge you, you have no rights, they will ruin your reputation because they love gossip, they will threaten or curse you out without a problem and see nothing wrong with it

I've been fortunate to witness first hand the staff at Visions and Pathways interact with their clients and have been impressed. From art work shops, to career days the staff seek to provide opportunities for their cliens. nnThe housing complexes are amazing and give our youth a chane to get their lives on track while living in a nuturing supportive environment
