Highly Recommend VNJ Law Firm!!! When we presented our case to Brett in 2021, we were unsure what we even had with our auto accident. Brett helped us look at everything, we were blown away by his expertise in all state laws and rules!! Brett and his staff answered all my questions with great clarity and patience and understanding. Brett and Brice kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me great peace of mind. They handled our case with professionalism and achieved an outstanding result. Hands down if you are needing a good lawyer VNJ Law is one that will look at all areas and help you with anything you deserve!!
I highly recommend this law firm. I was injured in an auto accident and reached out to them for help. Brice Barnard called me back right away and was so thorough and helpful from the beginning. Brice responded quickly to handling my case. He was very kind, helpful and quick to handle my case. The one thing I really like about VNJ, is that they are very personally connected to their clients. If I had questions or concerns during the process, Brice made sure to respond to me quickly and stay connected one on one through his personal work email and phone. I give this firm 11/10. I was very happy with the outcome of my case and how quick it went! Well done Brice!!!!!
Language is funny – it can mean different things to different people; terms and phrases can have multiple meanings, and tone associated with use can definitely have a bearing on comprehension. When choosing an attorney, what do we listen/look for? What’s important? It depends upon your case and the attorney-client candor. Attorney-client candor involves language and the language defines your comfort index with the attorney and your perceived interpretation/bearing that the attorney will have upon your case. Regarding the case, there are many differences and similarities from one case to another. Someone recommending a lawyer and telling you, “Oh he was nice…,” that’s not a referral I want to hear! Because of the many variables involved; during that initial interview, I think it is important to ask the best questions that you can manage and hopefully it’s not a one-way conversation. I needed a lawyer, the first law office spoken to did not get my case because of language and the one sidedness of the initial conversation. I had questions and I needed answers in as much I was asked to divulge information. I ended up working with Brice Barnard of VNJ Law Office. I received the best settlement that I could hope for, my stress factor was low relatively speaking, and I’m satisfied with the outcome. I can’t tell you how to pick an attorney, but I can tell you that the above concerns worked in guiding me. The rating that I am posting is relevant to “my” satisfaction with the VNJ Law Office.
Mitch Burgess did an excellent job on my case after Andrew Nantz quit on me due to receiving medical care at VA. with the VA as my only insurance. Good guy but like most attorneys when they get older...being selective to maximize his percentage of my medical bills. Make your life easy if your a vet and use another Mitch Burgess! Steer clear of that world class scumbag Andrew Nantz....typical money Hungary attorney who takes fees related to his additional living expenses. This guy's being investigated as we speak! Lawyer up Andy!
Brice was awesome to work with. I was unable to meet him face to face until everything was done. He was very accommodating to my working over the road and handling everything via email and text. If I ever need representation again, they'll be the ones I go to.
