paid him a retainer of $1235 to represent me. He never filed my case. now more than a year later, I have left him 4 voicemails, none of which has he responded too, and I've called his office no less than 6 times during "normal business hours and get no answer. ( caller ID?) All I want now is my money back. I am proceeding with a complaint to the bar association also..
