I called Goforth to help me with a time sensitive , estate family matter. He told me He would start with a letter to the opposing attorney and that he knew him and it wouldn’t be a problem. I emailed him all de details , the parties involved , etc. After trying to contact him 3 times over the following week ( he never returned my emails ) after 8 days fe our initial conversation He finally picked up the phone and cavalierly stated he had decided he was too busy. No apology , nothing. His receptionist was great. I really thought i had found some hope. Instead , i found a jerk. Steer clear.
