Well, I should have read the reviews 1st, bought and paid for Cabinets on September 23, I was told 3 weeks, it is now November 11, no cabinets, no returned calls no nothing. I guess I will have to drive down there to get a refund. Unless it's cash and carry STAY AWAY. OK Cabinets finally arrived and were delivered by the installer. I was even notified when the cabinets arrived, so I guess things are improving. I changed the 1 Star to 4. Just be prepared for a 8 to 9 week wait. And yes I will return for additional cabinets, but will plan accordingly.

Gave them only one star because it wouldn’t take 0 stars! We ordered cabinets in Oct 2021 and still haven’t received our completed order! We have called repeatedly, left messages with no return calls. We even have the owners cell number but he will not answer nor return phone calls. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the state of South Carolina about their business practices! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

My husband is a contractor and we purchased cabinets weeks and weeks ago. No one ever called him with a pick up date and so we have tried calling and emailing and leaving messages over and over and over. Cabinets were supposed to be installed two weeks ago and we have no clue if were even going to get them. We have left repeated voicemails for Jennifer and whisper in cabinets. We have even spoken with the manager only To get broken promises that someone would call us back. Now they are blocking my message on Facebook. I guess we will have to take legal action. What a waste of time.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE We’ve been waiting 5 months for 2 cabinets we had to order through them. We bought a full set of cabinets at their auction and needed to order 2 more pieces. We ordered and paid the second week in January. After multiple unanswered calls each week, we were told in February that they would be delivered in 2 days. It’s April and still no word on our cabinets. We’ve heard from this company 3 times. 3 times in 5 months. This company is a scam that is taking money and running with it. Avoid this company at all costs. I have a house with no kitchen because of this company. They only want to take your money. I can’t say it enough- avoid, avoid, avoid this company! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Purchased a kitchen cabinet set at an auction and also purchased additional cabinets to complete our kitchen. The product and price were great but customer service is terrible. I had to call every week to check the status of my order. When it finally came in they did not have all of the pieces. When we finally got the missing piece the drawer was broken. A year later and I am still calling to get a replacement drawer and they do not answer the phone or return my calls. It would have been worth it to pay more somewhere else than deal with the hassle. And I still don’t have my drawer.
