Setup a meeting to discuss writing a demand letter for a time-sensitive issue. Lawyer was over 30 minutes late to the meeting with no acknowledgement, met with me for 5 minutes, and basically told me to write the demand letter myself and they would just "lawyerify" it basically. While unusual, I was okay with writing the letter to the best of my ability and my legal plan had been billed for a full session with an attorney. It's been just shy of three weeks and I've basically been ghosted (no response from phone or email) even though my legal plan was still billed for our 5 minute meeting. I guess two takeaways by attempting to do business here: 1. Your time isn't important 2. They'll happily take quick low-hanging-fruit to bill you for and then leave you hanging.

I'm really thankful for the great job Carl Fritz did in helping me resolve my legal issue. With his help I was able to get my issue resolved out of court to the satisfaction of all parties. I will certainly not hesitate to call on Carl in the future should the need arise.
