I was referred to Ross Atkinson by a friend who was unfortunately involved in a hotly contested estate. One other friend seconded that recommendation. Ross prepared all the necessary documents to manage our estate when we pass, he counseled our family about dealing with various legal technicalities and he referred us to other outstanding professionals whom we needed. He helped us decide on a Trustee. We put off estate planning for decades and we were very happy with Ross, his work and his cost. Simply put, we received outstanding value and have an attorney to rely on, if anything changes.

This law firm to me is high priced. I wanted a lawyer to go over my Dad and Stepmother's living trust and possible court. I was under impression they could take it to court. I was charged $787.50 to look at the trust which to me is over. Charged. Then another $525.00 to talk to me for 1.5 hours at the end I was told they were not the type of lawyer to take living trusts to court. I was then told that since they already read the trust they would talk to a lawyer I found that would take it to court but I would be charged another $450.00. Do not use this lawyer. I am paying the bills. so they do not take me to court.
