Extremely rude! Front desk lady hung up on me and when I called back she was terse, inhospitable, rushed and talked over me. Terrible!

For the love of God, why does this firm's commercial come on 1000 times per day? It's so awful that it actually mentally disturbs me each time. I am so sick of it. It's worse than the MyPillow commercial and makes me never want to use this firm.
