Steve Wall's knowledge and experience helped me navigate an extremely stressful and complex situation. He is a great lawyer, always thorough, and I've never felt rushed when asking my many questions. You will be in great hands.
Almost at the finish line of a stressful situation where my ex lost custody and it seemed as though my ex would actually get at least some of the kids back. Nathan Wall is very patient with my ups and downs and working with me when times are hard. Choosing lawyers can be very difficult but I honestly think that Wall & Wall family attorney offices are some of the best people you could put your hat in with.
Steven Wall, of Wall and Wall, is an attorney of the highest caliber. I wish I could give him 10 stars. He is very well qualified, knowledgeable and experienced at what he does. The whole office at Wall and Wall is full of very capable, caring and dependable people. At Wall and Wall your case will be handled with the upmost promptness, honesty, service and dedication. Steven Wall and the office of Wall and Wall are simply the best!!!!!
I highly recommend Cory Wall. He helped our family navigate a difficult divorce with care and sensitivity. He manages his time well and produces the best results possible as quickly as possible. While I don't wish to need their services again, I would trust Wall & Wall with any future concerns!
From the perspective of a the partner of the client. Nate was always too busy to sit down, or speak about the case. Excessive wait times for return phone calls if he returned them at all. Charged $900 to submit a continuance because he was sick. He wasn't even prepared for court and the client had to resend hundreds of pages of paperwork so he could catch up. Either he takes on way too many cases or didn't care at all about the case. The client did 90% of the work because the paralegal was to lazy and combative about everything. During the period of almost a year my partner had to put up with frances (the paralegal) sending email after email arguing or asking the client to find files that were already sent to her. All the while charging $20 each time she sent an email. She made the client spend months getting unnecessary documents which had no merit in court. She would also deliberately avoid calls, pretending she was out to lunch when we could hear her tell the person who answered the phone to say that. She also took excessive amounts of time getting back about even the simplest of questions. She makes you do things you don’t want to just so she doesn’t have to do her job. When communication with opposing counsel was needed she would argue and make excuses. Eventually after realizing she would actually have to do her job for this case she threatened to quit working on the case and said that we would have to communicate through Nate, which would be impossible as she is the only paralegal in the office and he only communicates through her. She said "Nate is extremely hard to get ahold of because he is extremely busy." Every phone conversation with Nate was rushed or postponed. The issues brought to him were never resolved and neglected and usually ended with asking for more money if we wanted to go further. In the end nothing got done at all regarding the motion to enforce. And due to his negligence the client, who is a single mom with with a low income, had to come out of pocket over $1500 to keep her child in daycare. When all Nate had to do was communicate with opposing counsel about the father not paying his full part of daycare. On top of over $5000 spent for a failed mediation and a motion that was never argued. He doesn't even deserve the one star rating given.
