We’ve bought/sold around 10 house over the recent years. This firm is by far the worst to use for closing. Repeatedly providing incorrect closing numbers, lack of knowledge on 1031 exchanges, slow responses, wrong tax calculations, etc, etc. Real estate transactions are complicated enough…but to pay this firm to facilitate a closing is absolutely ridiculous. Find a different attorney’s office…there’s plenty others and you will do much better!

5 stars for the guy who walked us through the closing process day of, he was amazing! Minus 2 stars because the company delayed paying me for my house sale by 2 whole days because they don’t send out their own wires but instead use a 3rd party who has a giant queue of wires set up and you have to wait in line!! They ignore emails and phone calls once they submit paperwork as you are “no longer their problem” even though you haven’t been paid hundreds of thousands of dollars you are owed. I set up my new house closing close in date (3 business days later) to my house sale closing so it would be a quick and easy move but now I can’t close anymore because they haven’t paid the money out!! Will never use again. Crooks.

They were late on their end of the closing causing my loan payoff to be delayed from Friday until Wednesday when it finally got posted through at my bank. Cost me hundreds of dollars. Wouldn’t recommend, they are too unorganized. However, the girl that answers the phone is great.

Being a real estate professional it’s important to work with closing attorneys that are on time, communicate well, and are organized. My last interaction with this attorney and the paralegal Somer Beauvois was spot on. Office is a convenient location, up-to-date, clean, and professional. Will definitely use this office again

I used to love working with Hutchins law. This time I had to put in a request through their website just to get a paralegal to respond to me. My emails were ignored by the attorney for more than 3 days! I'm so sorry this has happened to such a great place
