DO NOT HIRE TAYLOR POWELL Taylor has taken my money for a hardship license. After he received all the documents & information from me he said he would file my hardship. 4 weeks goes by. I call to check on the process of my case. They HAVEN’T FILED IT! Apparently they still needed information from me. Did anyone call me? Send a letter, a quick email? Nope! Nothing! I get all my stuff in AGAIN! They said they filed it.I asked for them to email me a copy. Never got one. I wait the recommended 30 days for the state to respond. I call to check on the case and they haven’t heard anything. They need me to make an appointment for the next week. A 4:00 phone call appointment. 4:10 silence. I call. He’s running behind. No one called me to let me know he couldn’t make his appointment. I called back at 4:25, because they said he was running behind. Apparently time management isn’t his strong suit. He did not care about my time, he does not care that he missed my phone appointment.
Taylor represented my ex-wife in this divorce, the process was clean and concise. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism showed by both he, and his secretary. It didn’t take long to get the ball rolling and once it did, Taylor stayed on top of it through completion. He also seemed to squash all of the unreasonable requests my ex-wife was making, naturally making the process much more Agreeable. Thank you so very much to the Wallace Law Firm in Covington for all the hard work in this matter. Blessings all around.
Never called me back after my case after I repeatedly left messages and talked to the secretary. If you’re going to operate a reputable firm and business be punctual with your clients and actually let them know what is going on.
Hired Wallace law firm. Paid in full. Served 5 days in jail and a 650 bond, when finally transported, on a failure to appear.that I was never informed of. After talking to them saying, they would let me know. Knew nothing of me. When told my plea, he left most of it out, so I would agree. Then got hit with b.s. was just wanting to do bare minimum if not less. I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL
Taylor Powell is an excellent attorney
