AWESOME LAW FIRM!! If the home loan process isn’t hard enough, then we had to find a lawyer for closing. Walt & Denise were recommended to us and WE COULDN’T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER TO WORK WITH THEM. We left the office feeling completely satisfied that every “I” was dotted and every ”T” was crossed. Not a single question we had went unanswered or unexplained. Walt & Denise went to bat for us even at the very last second, and I mean LAST second. It was the most organized and timely part of the entire home buyer process!! When you call them they will say that someone will call you back, I am still waiting for a call back and it has been over 3 weeks.

While I thought buying a house was an easy process, I was wrong! If it was not for Walter L Terry III office my boyfriend and I would still be on the first step of purchasing our first home together. I would be lying if I said it was not stressful, but Walt and Denise really made this so much more enjoyable as she really explained everything in such good detail.
