NEVER hire this attorney, he is a thief. I hired him 2 years ago When I went to court with my ex wife. I will admit he done a good job at the time. We paid him a 3,000 dollar retainer fee. We won the case and I couldn't have been happier. She was court ordered to re pay my attorney expenses among other things. It was agreed that she would send the money to Mr Wazel and he would give it to me for documentation purposes. For the first year we didn't receive any money from him so we called time to time with no avail. Finally after 10 months I used a friends phone to show a different number and he answered. He came up with countless excuses as to why he hasn't sent us the money. Several weeks later we got 600 dollars. Great. A year later here we are again. I was told by my ex wife that she paid all the money over a year ago and showed me proof. We called Mr Wazel, no answer , no text , no e mail , no fax. It has been over 14 months since he we've talked him. He stole 2800 dollars of our money and he will do it to you also.

Called the BBB about him taking $2k retainer fee and disappearing. This was back in 2015-2016. Still never worked and kept my $2K. Don't ever bother with the BBB.
