Terrible experience with my last case. I've used Ward Law 2 other times. In the third case, the attorney that had worked with me, left and opened his own firm. Nobody let me know anything. They've been retained since January 2022, and its been one thing after another. The new attorney assigned sends confidential emails to the wrong address. I find this out by following up questioning why I haven't heard anything from them. Makes you question what's really going on. I will be following up on this review pending the outcome.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Very rarely do I leave a bad review but this is well deserved. After SEVEN months of no progress on one of my cases, I fired Ward Law. Immediately upon firing them, I seem to have an $1,800 invoice out of nowhere. Funny how that happens. I paid all the invoices that were sent to me, but yet let me fire them for not being capable of doing their job, and boom, a large attempt of a bill. My original attorney left this firm and started his own, and I should've followed him before now. He handled the first 2 of the 3 cases and they were resolved. Now that the ball was left in Ward Laws court on finalizing my 3rd case, there has been NO PROGRESS. Instead I am stuck with an attorney who is incapable for multiple reason, of doing his job. I was frustrated at no progress being made since JANUARY and his wonderful idea is to "fish with honey not vinegar" and "take things slow". Some scenarios require quick aggressive response. Not aggressive in nature meaning verbally or physically, but aggressive in the effort put into solving a case in a timely manner! If your case needs a timely resolution DO NOT use these people. I had to print out my packet of information TWICE and still had to constantly call and check in on progress and status updates, only to find there was none. I did all of the work just without the title of "attorney". Again, DO NOT use Ward Law. Unless you're ok with one of them, literally in all aspects of this next part, drooling on your documents. I am well aware everyone has multiple things going on and that there are other cases besides mine, however, they have no sense of urgency whatsoever and I am thoroughly DISGUSTED with their practice!!!!

Mr. Jeremy Cranford helped me successfully navigate a dispute with a tenant of mine regarding a rent to own lease contract.
