My mom recently passed after drafting a will with this firm. They’ve refused to get back with us after months of no return calls. Each time we’ve called, they said they’ll get back to us and then don’t. Her wishes are very important to us, and it’s pretty awful that as little time as it would take to finish what we need done isn’t worth it. After losing a mom, we shouldn’t have to fight with a law firm, too. I would not recommend this firm for trust/probate concerns.

Mr. Bush handled my case. He was very informative and didn't mind answering all my questions. He was honest and fought for me. Based off my experiences, I would highly recommend this firm.

EDIT After Business Response: I did intend to review WMP&J in Sterling, IL. I Called today again and was forced to leave a voicemail. Something else to note, I prefer to work with a firm where I have direct contact with my lawyer. WMPJ processes work in a way that your attorney is the last person you would talk with, almost as a last resort. _________________________ My business utilized WMPJ to setup our business in 2003, since then we have found that the articles of incorporations were boiler plate and have proven to not be a good foundation for our business. While this is not necessarily a negative aspect of WMP&J, it does show that very little thought or effort was put into the incorporation. More importantly, the lack of response to inquiries is very troublesome for us. Through out the past 18 years, we have reached out to WMP&J in a dozen or so times for assistance. The overwhelming majority of these contacts we have not received any contact back. I have often been forced to hire freelance attorney's to get my questions answered. Today I decided to provide a review for two reasons. I am currently waiting for an initial callback on a simple contract review, I made initial contact 6 business days ago. In the tech industry especially, things need to move fast, being unable to communicate with our legal representation puts restraints on our level of success. Additionally, since the incorporation of this particular business, I have built 4 other businesses and have retained other firms for them. I have come to understand what to expect from an attentive, available, and dedicated firm. Unfortunately, WMP&J has fallen well below par.

I have worked with several people in the Sterling office and have been very satisfied with the service. In the last few years I have had the opportunity to work very closely with our attorney settling my Mother's estate. He was very accessible, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I also worked with a real estate attorney and the accountant on staff. I would definitely recommend this office. Everyone is very professional.

Matt Keegan is extremely detail oriented and well versed. He has helped me negotiate and purchase two businesses and I can't imagine not having him on my side. The firm is professional and great to work with as well. Highly recommend!
