Ward Transport & Logistics

Ward is a disreputable logistics company. They lack accountability for their mistakes, provide erroneous delivery dates, and have rude customer service. If you made the mistake of having something shipped by Ward, I would contact them immediately to find out the following: - actual delivery date (not what’s listed as they will tell you they aren’t the same…odd) - if they are brokering to a third party transporter and the contact info for them - if an appointment is required for your delivery so that it isn’t held up 3 days with them not calling you to schedule one so that the shipment just stays put. Simple changes by this company would accelerate the quality of their customer experience and ensure less complaints to the BBB. Wasn’t surprised to see ward was below 4 stars on google

A ward driver 11/2 1500 around Blairsville was driving unsafe. There was a vehicle accident and the driver was impatient and drove on the burm and almost hit my vehicle and others on the road.  This needs addressed so no one gets hurt.

The delivery driver charged me $30 to take my merchandise out of his truck. He said that if I didn't pay him, he wouldn't be able to hand me what I bought. After I called to complain, customer service agreed that the delivery driver should not have charged me anything. They were very understanding and nice about it but ultimately did nothing and didn't return my money to me. Do not do business with this company. Scammer employees!

Today on I-80, a passenger vehicle was stopped on the right shoulder, so everyone moved over to the left lane to give the stranded vehicle some space. Well, everyone except for the Ward truck who couldn’t wait 3 seconds to pass the truck in front of him. This driver moved into the right lane to pass right where the car was stopped. That’s some top-tier disregard for others. Reading through other reviews, these kinds of incidents seem to be a trend for this company. Hopefully the safety culture of this company changes in the future.

Disrespectful drivers blowing up and screaming at my mother. She is in his way. She didn't know she was looking for shipping door. I get ppl have bad days but when i called to report the guy. They copped an aditude telling me he is a Christian. So am i but he didn't want to act like one today. Tried hiding his face when i pulled out my phone
