I did not use their services, since the law firm does not specialize in what I needed. Mr. Beck was able to provide me with many phone numbers and websites to get me on the right track. Prompt call back, good legal advice and was respectful about my situation.

EDD made multiple mistakes on my unemployment claim, but Mr. Beck was able to make things right. It was his expertise that allowed me to prevail in all of my cases in the appeals court. If you need to appeal an EDD decision, don't automatically assume you're going to win if you represent yourself. Get yourself an experienced attorney such as Mr. Beck that will fight for you.

I gave it one star because people should know what they are getting into when they contact this attorney . At first i had high hopes with mr beck .Although his upfront pay me thing -i should have known . I explained over the phone everything to him - he seemed to grasp it , then we talked again after exchanging paperwork and i was a bit let down having to explain everyrhkng i gave him and he wanted me to get more paperwork even though what i gave him had the information on it . even though what i gave him was and could be used as evidence in court , no return phone call at the end , I called him left a message and next thing i know I just get a refund notice of $100 something dollars from him. im sorry my case was not a "big fish" but i still needed his help Instead what i got was an hour worth of phone calls for $700 some odd dollars. I would not recommend this attorney to any family member or person I cared about. It deserves zero stars

One of the worse experiences. Warren Beck was very rude over the phone, pushy, abrupt and all around an condescending individual. Wouldn’t even recommend a consultation.
